Online reporting

Online reporting is an additional method of reporting non-urgent matters to police.
If you prefer, you can still report non-urgent matters to 131 444 or by attending a police station.
Reports that can be made online include:

  • Historical sexual assault (for incidents that occurred more than six months ago)
  • Property damage
  • Vandalism
  • Petrol drive offs

Emergency+ mobile app

If you need help but are not sure who to call, the Emergency+ smartphone application (app) can show you what number to call in an 'emergency' or 'non-emergency' situation.

The app includes numbers for a range of important services.

It uses the GPS functionality on your smartphone and displays the Latitude and Longitude coordinates of your location so you can provide it to the emergency call operator.
